As an N4 administrator, when you create a new user account, you can assign a default password to the user account. However, you might want to force the user to change the password when they log in the next (or first) time after you have reset their user account. When creating a new password, N4 prompts the user to re-enter their new password. This ensures that they do not create a password that has an unknown typing error in it.
To force the users to reset their password:
In the Settings view (on page 1), select the FRMSECURITY022 (AUTHENTICATION_NEW_USER_PASSWORD_CHANGE_PROMPT) (on page 1) setting.
Click .
N4 displays the Edit Configuration form (on page 1).
Select the Scope level at which you want to override the setting.
Click Override.
Click the True (Yes) radio button.
Click Save.
